Social Scoring

You can earn Colosseum points for posting about onchain.cc on X (Twitter). Social scoring is the platform's way of rewarding genuine community advocacy — not just trading activity.

What Is Social Scoring?

When you post about onchain.cc on X, an AI system evaluates your post and awards you points based on how good it is. The scoring model looks at three factors:

  • Quality — how well-written, informative, or engaging the post is.

  • Reach — the size of your audience and how many impressions the post receives.

  • Engagement — likes, replies, reposts, and link clicks generated by the post.

Posts are evaluated on a 0–100 scale. Higher scores earn more points.

Info: Social scoring rewards genuine, high-quality content. Spam or low-effort posts earn minimal points. Posting the same text repeatedly, using generic filler, or posting without substance will score near zero.

What Makes a Good Post

High-scoring posts typically:

  • Share a specific insight, trade, or observation about a token you traded on onchain.cc.

  • Include a screenshot of the terminal, a position, or a leaderboard ranking.

  • Express a genuine opinion about the platform or the market.

  • Generate real engagement from your followers.

Low-scoring posts typically:

  • Consist only of a referral link or a generic call to action.

  • Repeat identical text across multiple posts.

  • Have very low engagement relative to the account's follower count.

  • Are flagged as spam or manipulative.

How to Participate

  1. Trade on onchain.cc.

  2. Post about your experience, a token you traded, or the Colosseum competition on X.

  3. Tag the official onchain.cc account in your post.

  4. Points are awarded automatically — no manual submission is required.

  5. Check the Social Scoring panel in Colosseum to see your points earned per post.

Warning: Only posts that tag the official account are eligible for social scoring. Posts that do not tag the account are not tracked by the system.

Scoring Timeline

Posts are evaluated by the AI system on a rolling basis. Points from a post typically appear in your Colosseum balance within a few hours of the post going live. High-engagement posts may be re-evaluated as engagement accumulates — a post that continues to perform can earn additional points over time.

Limits and Fair Use

Social scoring is designed to reward genuine participation. The system includes safeguards against manipulation:

  • Duplicate or near-duplicate posts are scored as a single post.

  • Accounts with artificially inflated engagement (bot followers, engagement pods) may receive reduced scores.

  • The platform reserves the right to disqualify accounts engaged in systematic social manipulation.
