Season 1 — Terms and Conditions

Season 1 (the Competition) is a trading competition operated by Nvio Pagos El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. NIT 0501-101121-102-0 (Onchain.cc, we, us) with a total prize pool of $300,000 USD-equivalent (the Prize Pool), distributed to the top 2,000 eligible participants based on the final leaderboard. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Competition runs from Friday, 15 May 2026 to Monday, 3 August 2026 (the Competition Period). Only activity recorded on-chain during the Competition Period and attributable to a participating wallet will count toward leaderboard rankings. We reserve the right to extend, shorten, pause, or cancel the Competition Period at our discretion.

To participate, you must:

1. be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
2. not be a resident, citizen, or located in any Restricted Jurisdiction (including but not limited to any country subject to comprehensive sanctions); and
3. not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Nvio Pagos El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. NIT 0501-101121-102-0 or any affiliated company.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Log in to Onchain.cc and execute eligible trades during the Competition Period. Each wallet is treated as one participant; using multiple wallets to enter on behalf of the same person (sybil entries) is prohibited and grounds for disqualification. We make no guarantee of platform uptime or availability during the Competition Period.

Leaderboard rankings are determined by points accumulated, calculated by our internal systems. Our determinations of volume, ranking, and tie-breaks are final. The full prize distribution table is published separately and forms part of these Terms.

Prizes will be paid in USDC to the participating wallet within 30 days of the Competition Period ending. We are not responsible for prizes lost due to incorrect wallet addresses, lost private keys, or wallets that have interacted with sanctioned addresses.

Where applicable, we may require completion of identity verification (KYC) prior to payout, and prizes may be forfeited if verification is not completed within 14 days of request.

The following will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize, at our sole discretion:

• wash trading, self-dealing, or coordinated trading between linked wallets;
• exploitation of bugs or pricing errors;
• use of MEV strategies that materially harm other participants;
• automated entry using prohibited tooling; and
• any activity that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to share findings with relevant authorities.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from prizes received. We may withhold or report payments where required by law.

Crypto assets are volatile and trading carries substantial risk of loss. Nothing in the Competition, on onchain.cc, or in any related communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own trading decisions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms, modify the Prize Pool structure, disqualify any participant, or cancel the Competition at any time, including for reasons of fraud, abuse, regulatory change, or technical failure. Material changes will be communicated via the official onchain.cc channels (Discord, X, and onchain.cc).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nvio Pagos El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. NIT 0501-101121-102-0 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation. Our total liability to any participant is capped at the prize that participant would otherwise have been entitled to receive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of El Salvador.

We process participant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at onchain.cc/privacy.

By executing any qualifying trade during the Competition Period, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
